My mom booked an appointment to get her hair done before an event. She needed a Brazilian blowout. The team did not confirm the type of service at the time of booking. When my mom arrived (after having taken the day off from work for this appointment) she was told they could not provide the service because the stylist assigned to her was allergic to the blowout product. Incredibly disappointing. If a stylist is allergic to anything in the salon they should certainly be confirming the type of service before the client takes time out of their day to show up for the appointment.
I just can’t say enough good things about Champagne Images! I’ve been having Haily do my hair for 8 years now and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. She provides amazing color services, saves my sanity with a Brazilian Blowout and always knows the best cut and style for my unruly hair. Highly recommend!!!
I’ve been coloring my hair for almost 2 decades, and my last hair person ruined my hair when I wanted to go for a different look. Family and friends recommended their hair stylist, but no one was getting back to me in a timely manner. I am so happy I took the time to research salons and found Champagne Images. I have seen Erika 3 times now, along with her apprentice Gabby. She has helped me bring back my hair to a healthier state by still coloring and styling my hair the way I want. Erika is very knowledgeable- she knows what my hair can handle now, and what can be done in the future. The salon is clean and cute, and pricing is reasonable. Just to recap, I’ve been to a lot of salons for the past 20 years, and this one is different in a good way. You won’t know till you make appointment at Champagne Images.
It's been a year and a half since Sharon Puls ruined my long hair. I wanted blonde highlights and I got white streaks mixed with yellow and orange horizontal stripes. I wanted my hair trimmed but I left with the left side of my hair cut into an inverted, texturized, mullet mess. I returned the next week to see the manager, Cicely, in an attempt to salvage what was left of my hair and learned she doesn't do color and then she lied and said the back of my hair was straight. it's still not straight to this day.My hair used to be all one length and In the photo you can clearly see the two different lengths on the left side of my hair that has still not recovered to this day. This picture was taken yesterday.
Erika is hands down one the best hair lady ever! I've been seeing her every 6-8 weeks for the past year, and she never disappoints. Not only does she do an amazing job with my hair, but she also takes the time to have great conversations during my appointments. It feels like catching up with a friend while getting pampered. Erika's care and attention to detail are truly exceptional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and personable hair stylist. You won't be disappointed!

I was in search of a new stylist (after 28 years). After reading reviews, I chose Hailey because she likes working with blonde hair. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, made suggestions for cut/color and gave me a price quote before we even started. Hailey put me at ease and did a wonderful job! First time using this business. I had a very good experience with Sharon who was the stylist assigned to me. Everything went better than expected and I am very very pleased with the whole experience.
I am turning 67 and for my birthday, decided to add colored highlights to my hair. I felt like this was questionable decision but had wanted it for several years and during a pandemic I wouldn’t be seen that much anyway. Well, was I surprised and delighted with my decision and choice of salons! I had someone new to me and she listened, checked, double checked and proceeded to give me an absolutely delightful color job! My hair color is even better than I could have ever imagined. Krystal did a perfect job. May have to have this done again! I have been using this salon for a year now, and have been thrilled with everything I’ve tried!

My experience at CI was excellent. They were courteous and professional. My stylist, Karen, did a great job on my hair. I even received a 10% discount because it was the month of my birthday.
